Many people want to be rich or be successful,

and they always wonder what are the secrets of successful people.

In this post, I will write about the seven main and common characteristics of them.

If you read it, it would be helpful for you to change your life attitude, and to be successful in your business area or research field or others.

Read it, and remember these seven characteristics, then it would be great nourishment for your success.

01.
They have an accurate definition of "living well"

- Successful people know how they want to live well.

- They know their location and destination accurately. There are a lot of people who don't do it because they feel shabby when they find out where they are. if you put off grasping yourself because of fear, you won't be able to get to what you want.

- Therefore, "To be list" is needed before thinking about "to do list".

02.
They do not follow "Greedy Algorithm"

Greedy Algorithm (Greedy Algorithm) is an algorithm design technique with a motto, "Let's choose the best answer at this moment from each choice and derive the appropriate result." (Tree Wiki)

- Greedy Algorithm = An algorithm that selects the short optimal path, but overall, it does not lead to the shortest optimal result.

- Making the right choice for me doesn't necessarily help in life. Rather, you can lose someone. Similar to Apple's Steven Jobs Connected The Dot. -Rather than looking right behind you and getting angry (Jung Joo-young) and giving up your promises (Zhuge Liang), it is important that you always think about your cool appearance and choices (Baek Jong-won) even if you are at a disadvantage.

03.
They value quality over quantity of information.

- Advanced information is more likely to be in a place other than YouTube, which is focused on interest.

- Bill Gates reads the book and wants to meet the author in person to find the best information.

- There is a lot of good information mainly in books.

Question. What is the field of information that I would like to have? Where is the good information outside of the book?

04.
They don't blame their environment.

- It is important to make an effort because talent and environment are difficult to change right away. These days, people with good talent and environment are working hard. To win them, you have to work harder than them.

The first office of Amazon's founder, Jeff Bezos, was also incomparably shabby. As a result of the effort, the current Amazon was there. It's easy to overlook effort, but in the end, what you need is effort.

05.
They have high flexibility for change.

- Large companies with a lot of money do not grow because it is difficult to liquidate their extant legacy.

- Change entails pain, it means to be changed, there must be a pain. Don't settle down, you need to quickly adapt to the media environment that changes to Facebook -> YouTube -> Instagram -> Clubhouse or whatever.

06.
They make the people around you competent.

- One genius cannot change the world. Because most of the work is done as a team.

- It is important to place your people in the right job and continue training them even if they make mistakes.

- We need to believe that people will always do their best.

07.
They stick to the present reality and do their best

- For normal people, If you think you should be on a diet, you not only can not enjoy the delicious food in front of you because of worries but also you don't exercise.

- It is important not just to think, 'I should~', but forget about it after writing it down, and remember to focus on the moment when it is necessary. It is so important to keep a record.

- Separating your ego and focusing on it right away can make a good impression on others as well.

Let's keep these in your mind, and do your best for your future! :)
